Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All one time/individual boxes/orders are processed/packed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Shipping for recurring subscription boxes and prepaid subscription boxes occurs on the 5th and 20th of the month. Eg. if you place your order on the 10th of the given month, your order will be shipped on the 20th of given month.
If you are wanting your box shipped ASAP, please choose Xpress shipping at checkout.
As we are a small business, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
When choosing door step delivery in the Edmonton area we will pack and add you to our list of drop offs. You will be notified of an approximate time/date for delivery. Please note that if you are ordering for an apartment complex we may have issues delivering if there is no one available to answer your buzzer and/or door code, etc. You will be notified if we have issues delivering.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free doorstep delivery to those in the Edmonton area on orders over $50.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
bundleofjoybox.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
bundleofjoybox.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
